”The Grasp” – “This piece illustrates our communities’ ability to reach out to others. The Arcata Plaza is home to many community functions. This piece says how our community uses the plaza as a meeting place to reach out to others. Also, having the piece positioned in front of the fire department can also serve to demonstrate our courageous civil servants.
